What does our Exchanges Policy look like?
Maxavendi allows returns and exchanges if you change your mind about a product.
All returns and exchanges due to a change of mind are subject to a 30-day return and exchange policy after receiving your order under the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition - the packaging must not be opened, used, written on or damaged in any way.
- Items purchased as part of a set or pack of multiple items must be returned as a whole.
- For online orders, Maxavendi does not reimburse shipping costs in connection with the return shipment.
- Purchases made during a special sale are final and cannot be refunded or returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- This return policy does not apply to items marked as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.
- Your rights under applicable consumer law are not affected by the above return and exchange conditions.
Have you met all the requirements? Please contact our customer service team by email at info@maxavendi.com with the subject "Returns/Exchanges" and state your order number and the name of the item(s) you wish to return.
What is our exchange policy?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the same item, please contact us to get the return authorization number and we will be happy to help you.
What is the returns process? / How can I return an online purchase?
You can contact our customer service by email: info@maxavendi.com . In your request, please provide the following details:
Order Number, Item Name, and Reason for Return Our customer service team is here to help with a quick and easy process.
When will the customer receive the refund (if applicable)?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, the amount will automatically be credited back to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

What if my item is missing, incorrect, damaged or defective?
We are sorry that you have received a package with missing, wrong or damaged items/rewards! Please let us know by contacting our customer service via email: info@maxavendi.com with the subject "Missing Item", "Wrong Item" or "Damaged/Expired Item".
Please also include the following information in your form:
- Image of the item(s)/packages received;
- Name of the article;
- Order number
Please do not throw away any of the items you return!
Maxavendi can arrange for the collection of the product or provide alternative solutions that are satisfactory to you.
Make changes or cancellations
In order to provide our customers with an optimal shopping experience, our systems are unfortunately automated. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled after they have been placed, and we cannot make any further changes such as changes in shipping method or quantities for your beauty treasure.
Since Maxavendi is not responsible for replacing or refunding packages delivered to the wrong address, we recommend checking your cart and shipping information before checking out!
Shipping of returned products
To return your product, you must contact us to obtain a return authorization number. If you return the item without our authorization, we cannot be held liable.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on your location, it may take different amounts of time for your exchanged product to arrive to you.
